Submission Guidelines

1. Abstract Submission will occur via email.
2. Please specify which submission type you prefer. 
3. Only one abstract is accepted for one registered person.
4. Short oral submissions for online participation require prior approval.
5. Online poster submissions are accepted.
6. No changes are allowed after the submission deadline.

The Modalities

1. Title length: Max 20 words.
2. Text length: Max 200 words
3. Text Outline: Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Conclusion.
4. References: Max 3
5. Define unusual abbreviations on first use.
6. Submissions should relate to conference tracks or sessions, while specifying the topic.
7. Submit in both Word and PDF formats, prepared in B5 format.

Guidelines for Presentations Post-Acceptance

1. Short Oral Presentations

• Duration: 8 minutes of presentation + 2 minutes of Q&A.
• Number of slides: 8 Slides (+1)
• Content of the slides: (1) the aim of the research, (2) materials methods, (3) results, and (4) conclusion.

Duration of the presentations will vary according to the final program.

2. Poster Presentations

• Posters will be presented during the coffee breaks & lunch break.
• Posters format: A1 – vertical : 84,1cm height * 59,4cm width.
• In-person posters should be printed and brought to the conference hall.
• E-Posters must be sent via email to: olfaction[at]digital-olfaction.com.
