Fees for in-person attendance include:
- Access to all live scientific presentations (including posters area)
- Access to the exhibition booth
- Certificate of attendance
- Access to view all abstracts electronically
- Access to view all e-posters electronically
- Book of abstracts in PDF Format
- Attend the coffee breaks and buffet lunches
Fees for all virtual attendance include:
- Access to all recorded presentations of the conference program for 1 month
- Certificate of attendance
- Access to view all abstracts electronically
- Access to view all e-posters electronically
- Book of abstracts in PDF Format
Modification Policy
- Charges apply for upgrading from online to in-person.
- No refunds for downgrading from in-person to online.
- No charge for delegate substitution (authorization letter required 2 days before event).
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel before November 4 at midnight, 50% of registration fees will be refunded minus 70€ for administrative fees.
- No refund on cancellations after November 4, 2024.
