How Wearable Technologies Can Support Scientific Research About the Human Reactions to Olfactory Stimuli?

The DOS committee is pleased to announce the participation of Dr. Alessandro Tonacci from the Institute of Clinical Physiology, National Research Council of Italy (IFC-CNR), Italy.

During his presentation, Dr. Tonacci will answer the following question: “How Wearable Technologies Can Support Scientific Research About the Human Reactions to Olfactory Stimuli”.
During his talk, he will demonstrate the physiological reactions to olfactory stimuli and the related advancement in terms of knowledge, which were made easier thanks to technological development. In particular, technologies eventually useful to extract physiological signals of some research and clinical interest will be presented, with both physiological and technology-related tips about their employment.
