Abstract Submission – Important Requirement
Abstract submission is only possible after completed registration.

Participants wishing to submit a short oral, poster, or innovation abstract must first register for the congress. Access to the abstract submission system will be provided after registration confirmation.

What Your Registration Includes

Registered participants are entitled to:

  • Access to all scientific sessions

  • Certificate of attendance

  • Book of abstracts (Registered participants can receive the abstract book free of charge if collected within two months after the meeting. After that, a fee of 90 EUR will apply for handling services.)

  • Coffee breaks and buffet lunches (for in-person participation)


Cancellation Policy

  • Until November 4, 2026 (midnight):
    50% refund minus €70 administrative fees

  • From November 5, 2026:
    No refund

  • Refunds will be processed after the end of the congress

Modification Policy

  • Online → In-Person upgrade:
    Charged the price difference

  • In-Person → Online downgrade:
    No refund

  • Delegate substitution:
    Free of charge
    (An authorization letter signed by the registered delegate must be sent at least 2 days before the event)
