The youths in East Asia are under different degrees of stress in education nowadays. The aim of Dr. Lai’s talk is to open the dialogue on the contexts and scenarios where meditation practices through digital incense can be applied.

It proposes to take digital arts as the form for the youths to have inner dialogue through olfactory sensory experience.
